A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.....

At the turn of the century, the world was a very different place. Most phones had buttons on them, we did not know about buying things communally, laptops were a luxury, and sow as private dental care. This was around the time that the medical establishment of the West started to catch wind of a small country called Hungary.

A few internal and external changes (like the advent of cheap flight tickets) made the high quality but affordable health care of this tiny Eastern European nation available to the British public. More and more people came to this land, to get cosmetic and dental procedures done, and enjoy a nice holiday while they were at it. The excellent knowledge and professional know how of the Hungarian dentists became known to the general public of Western Europe, meanwhile more and more dentistries were opening in Budapest to meet the throngs of patients who needed care but could not afford it.

During this time period, which was the dawn of dental tourism, most folks forgot that being a medical tourist comes with many disadvantages as well as advantages. In order to change this, and to provide better dental care, Forest and Ray was created in 2007.
