Dental Practice in London

Return to Work

Dear Patient,

The safety of our staff and patients remain our key priority and we are closely following the advice of Public Health England and the UK Government.

Due to the current government guidelines all routine dental treatment is suspended, therefore at the moment we cannot provide you with an appointment for fillings, hygiene treatment, whitening etc. Our practice remains open to offer help to patients in a dental emergency.

If you think you are in a dental emergency (you are experiencing severe toothache or other dental-related pain, bleeding etc) please give us a call. Our team will assess your problem over the phone and will provide you with guidance. If -based on the assessment- you are in need of an emergency appointment we will offer you the earliest appointment available.

We wanted to let you know that we’ve updated our COVID-19 guidelines:

  • In order to ensure the safety of our patients and staff we maintain the right to measure your temperature on arrival.
  • Please note that if you have high temperature we will ask you to leave and postpone your appointment to a different date.
  • Please try and attend alone if possible.
  • We would also like to ask you to attend to your appointment on time, not before that to avoid the crowd in the waiting area.

Please give us a call on 020 8124 6138 or send us an email to and our patient care team will help you to reschedule your appointment.

Please follow Public Health England advice to:

  • Always carry tissues with you and use them to catch your cough or sneeze. Then bin the tissue, and wash your hands, or use a sanitiser gel.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after using public transport. Use a sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are unwell.

Each day we are re-evaluating and updating the situation so that we comply with the guidelines and recommendations to keep our patients and our team safe.

Thank you for your understanding.
Stay safe and wash your hands!
