Orthodontic braces are one of the most frequently used methods to align your teeth. We carry all types, and have an excellent team of orthodontists, who can see you regularly and handle any and all orthodontic problems. We deal with both child and adult orthodontics!
Affordable dental braces in all varieties are available from our expert orthodontists at our London dental practice. As orthodontic treatment is a longer and thus more intimate dental treatment, we make sure we work with the most patient centric, friendly and caring orthodontists. As many patients who need braces are children (although adult orthodontics is growing fast), it is vitally important to have a gentle approach and good chairside manner, and we recognize and respect this fact. We work with many different kinds of braces, from traditional, fixed braces to ceramic braces and other aesthetic orthodontry, to lingual braces, aligners and removable devices. We are confident that we have what you are looking for, be it adult orthodontics or paediatric!
Take a look at what we have to offer:
The tried and true orthodontic braces that are exactly what you think: high quality metal braces adhered to the tooth surfaces, with ligatures, wires and brackets, to be used from around 12 years of age onwards. These are the most affordable, simplest and most diverse dental braces that have the shortest treatment time. These braces, along with some minor attachments, can cure any and all orthodontic problems. Aside from the usual dental braces with ligatures, we also carry self-ligating braces that are more comfortable, faster acting, and require no extra ligatures or “rubber bands”, and are much loved by our patients.Book
Adult orthodontics requires braces that are invisible, or are very discreet, because dental braces are associated with youth and with teenagers, and are considered unprofessional. Luckily, our fixed, traditional braces come with a variety of aesthetic brackets! Attractive, tooth coloured ceramic braces are a great solution, as they blend in with your teeth and do not look like you have anything on, and only a closer look will reveal that the patient is undergoing orthodontic treatment. We also carry sapphire crystal brackets that are completely transparent, and made of hard but biocompatible sapphire crystals, for a totally discreet, near invisible look.Book
Lingual dental braces are a form of orthodontics that not many people know about. Aside from the front of the teeth, most orthodontic problems can be fixed with braces that run on the lingual side of the teeth, the one facing the tongue. These systems are a little bit more expensive, as they require highly specialised materials, braces and knowledge, but are entirely invisible, as the lingual side of the teeth is not exposed during laughter, eating, or speech. Highly recommended for patients who cannot be seen with braces, and for whom appearance is extremely important.
We know that a full orthodontic treatment can entail financial stress, but not if you choose our dentistry! Click here to get further information about our Finance Option.

Braces for adults need to be discreet, fast and professional. We understand the needs that patients have, and the hardships that our patients sometimes face when they choose to get dental braces as adults. Although orthodontic treatment usually takes longer for adults, as the jawbone is more ossified, we strive to make it as quick, as discreet and as comfortable as possible. We can use aesthetic dental braces, aligners or lingual braces to solve your orthodontic problems. Getting braces as an adult is still a good idea, as braces will reduce the number of dental problems you will have later on, and will improve your quality of life and the health of your teeth.Book
Dealing with children requires special knowledge, as any parent will tell you. Nowhere is this more true than in the realm of dentistry. The perfect time to get dental braces is after the second molars have erupted, at around 12 years of age, an age that is very delicate and can be very challenging. We are confident that we can face the challenge and make your child understand why this treatment is necessary, and provide orthodontic treatment that is both effective and takes the patient’s needs into consideration. We only work with real specialists in this field, who understand, love and know about children, to make sure that the apple of your eye is in good hands. We can also provide orthodontic treatment for children younger than this, with removable devices and trainers, should their condition make it necessary.Book
Aligners are transparent plastic tooth guards that gently guide the teeth into healthier positions through using weak occlusal forces. These specially made aligners are only good for solving certain orthodontic problems and typically last longer, but are more comfortable, can be taken out at will (although you do need to wear them for at least 22 hours a day!), and more hygienic than traditional dental braces. Ask your orthodontist if aligners are right for your orthodontic problems, and see what these fascinating new kind of dental braces can do for you!Book
